Updates as of April 2016

It has been a very long time since I have been developing for BVE on a serious level. I must apologise for this first. Other things in life took over, and whenever I had some spare time and thought about doing some coding I wouldn’t because various individuals and their quests for power would come to mind.

However, things are now moving again, and a lot of progress has been made on the Victoria line. Lots of this is behind the scenes to prepare for future development though. A public beta will be uploaded when time permits and will include a run of the full southbound line from Walthamstow Central to Brixton, it will also have a working that starts from Northumberland Park Depot and going into the sidings at Victoria. All stations are now completed and randomised routing is in place at Brixton meaning that you don’t know what platform you will arrive on until he signal clears.

The Central line (Ruislip branch) is in the process of being upgraded to work with the latest 1992 Tube Stock version from BVE Western Region however in the meantime the legacy version is available here.

There are other projects being worked on, but they will only be announced when sufficient work has been done.

If there are any developers out there who are looking for a project to assist with, or if you are someone who only knows a few things but wants to learn more then please do get in touch. The more developers working on a properly managed project mean that more content gets released more frequently.

I’d like to finish by thanking the many authors of the work that is available on this website, and for all the messages of support we have received over the last few years whilst development had stalled on the projects.
